Booked a ticket with US air, flight was carried by United Express, had to surrender carry on's at the gate, then had to deplane at O'hare onto the tarmack, and walk back into the terminal. Baggage not available in terminal, had to find out where is was and go to another terminal to retreive baggage. We were not informed of this upon arrival

I had an accident in the snow on my way to the airport and that caused that I missed the flight. When I got to the airport, Delta was willing to book me in another flight, and since the plane was still there, but too let to open the doors, they bumped me up to first class. I can say I forgot all the frustration, good seats, good food a la carte and smooth flight. Thank you Delta. Great service!
