Got to the airport 1 1/2 hrs before flight only to find it was canceled. They couldnt put us on any other flight til the next morning. No explanations, a "nazi" United rep was rudely directing people, not caring that they were not going to the destination that was canceled. (they missed their "unrelated" flight). So, they put us up in a cheap hotel, gave us $9 for food only to be spent in the airport, which buys next to nothing. We had 20 min to buy something before our shuttle to our airport came to pick us up. We put alot of effort, time and money into planning this trip. We lost a whole day of vacation time due to their inefficiency and lack of care for their passengers. I will never fly united again.
