The temperature on the flight was terrible. The flight was very cold, on both legs of the trip.

Check in on our first flight was awful in Rockford. I was told the internet went down. It took us about an hour and a half to check in. I think the real issue was that there was only 1 agent at the check in counters. Eventually a second person helped, but was standing there for 1/2 the time without helping. The representative at the counter was apologetic, but I found the wait to be entirely inexcusable.

our flight out was great! our check in at our hotel was less than exceptable, we arrived at 1030pm and our room wasn't ready until 130am, we actually paid for 1 less night than we stayed, nothing was done to compensate for that. our flight home was delayed 1 1/2 hrs due to a computer issue, once we departed we were up in the air 4o min and had to turn back to Las Vegas airport, they had to get a totally new plane, our total delay was about 4hrs.nothing was done for our inconvienience. I would appreciate a response. Teresa Shroyer

The Chicago/Rockford airport is awesome. Security check-in is a breeze, no long waits, and free parking. Tight seats on the plane, though and no frills. I really miss the free drink. This is so much better than having to go out of O'Hare with all the hassles. We fly to Orlando from here, too with the same great service.
