    I had read that the ontime stats were the worst for this airline, so I was afraid my daughter and I would end up sitting in the Richmond Airport for hours before take-off. I was pleasantly surprised. We took off right on time and arrived safely (safety is my number one concern -- and the airlines should know this).

    Pros: Friendly and timely service. Good value.

    Cons: Fee for checked bag.

    I did not check a bag, so the value was great. If I had needed to check a bag, I would have likely chosen an airline that does not charge a fee for this service.

    Flying JetBlue is about as good as it gets in todays air travel challenge. I had bulkhead seat both going and coming giving me more legroom than ever.

    I have praised Jet Blue everytime that I fly with them. First luggage piece is free, they offer an array of snacks and drinks, FREE. The flight attendant and the pilot were amusing and made the flight very enjoyable from beginning to the end. It is also great to fly with no stops coming and going with great prices. I will fly with them again.
