US Air out of Richmond to New Orleans, via Charlotte. Isn't Charlotte their hub?! We were bumped both ways from Charlotte to Philly, for "aircraft maintenance issues." The reroute cost us an extra night in a hotel room on the outbound flight and our return flight was hours late and we were given turboprop service vs our expected regional jet. I think Richmond to Charlotte on US Air is a JOKE. This is the 3rd time this year that routing has cost me time and money. The one positive thing I have to say is that our flight attendant on the turboprop from Philly to Richmond was kind and gracious. Of course, she isn't a US Air employee, rather one of their partners!

Because I'm silver preferred, we got upgraded on 3 of 4 legs, which is certainly good. I flew in American first class a few weeks ago, and US Airways is much better, in my estimation. But still, better than flying on an RJ.
