I am mildly disabled (walk slowly)and way up in senior citizenship. They allowed me to get on early, which was very courteous. But even though I was the first one in my section, the stewardess almost sneered when I asked for help lifting my bag into the compartment. "If it's not too heavy," she said. Luckily another stewardess heard her and came to help. Stewardesses should be taught that one of their roles is to help customers.

There was nothing wrong with the quality of the flight, but the first leg was 40 minutes late, causing me to miss my connection. Therefore, I had to stay overnight in Charlotte, and still had to pay for my hotel in Atlanta for that night.

I forgot to mention in my previous review that a child sitting behind me kicked my seat continuously and babies all over the plane screamed and cried all of the way. Of course, this is summer vacation time when you can expect this.

This was a one hour flight in which I was squashed in the middle of a three seat row. The young man to my left must have been a football player as he spilled over into my seat and pushed me continuously. I am still sore from this experience.
