The seats are extremely tight, on the return trip we had to purchase the economy plus for 59.00 more per seat. Going the food they offered was unhealthy and not tasty. Stewardess was crabby and uninformed. Coming home from SF to Redmond the Stewardess sat and visited with a passenger. Passengers were so load that you could not hear instructions, much less try to rest. United employees behind the desk calling flights could not speak clearly and sent us back and form to 3 different gates. I will pay more next time and fly on another airline.

We flew Alaska round trip to Kauai in May. It's been a while since I've taken a flight over 3 hours. I was surprised at how little you actually get these days. Movie players are $12, really bad food is $6 and forget about pillows and blankets! Do any airlines flying to Hawaii include movies and food in coach?
