There wasn't anything particularly special with this flight. It was rather average, but the stewardess were kind which was much appreciated.

The captain gave regular updates which was nice; the flight attendants were very friendly and accommodating; the food was too expensive.

Our flight was to leave at 7:50 AM via denver. At 1 AM we got a call from Southwest saying the flight to denver was canceled (snow) and giving a number to rebook. The number we called was busy but the website listed a Spanish line. We called that and got right through. They speak English as well as Spanish. They were wonderful and rebooked us with no fuss. Glad we didn't get up for a 7:50 flight unnecessarily.
