I flew Continental. It was not the best flight I had ever been on and not the most comfortable. Each way there was no one at the curb-side counter we had to go in even though we had already printed our boarding pass and paid for our check-in baggage online. The line inside wasn't bad at all and we got to the front in no time (probably do to the times and dates of our flights (Thur. & Mon.). Upon boarding the plane the flight attendents did not speak but instead just smiled at every one. Once on the aircraft and in flight, the attendants moving around didn't seem to happy to be passing out drinks and pretzels. Definitely was lacking great customer service on the flight. I never saw my drink poured as the attendent asked what I wanted to drink and then handed me a cup she had in her hand. There wasn't even a tray or cart in front of her. The seats were okay. The best part was that since it was a big plane there were screens in the back of the headrest in front of each person. I think you were able to watch for 30 minutes or less free and then to continue it would be $6.00. I think that's a little high, especially considering my flight was for about 2 1/2 hrs. Coming back was a whole other story. The plane was tiny and there were no screens in the headrest for this flight. The aisle was extremely small. This time however the flight attendent was more polite and was actually conversing with passengers. Also on both flights the inside of the plane did not smell good while boading. All in all if I can get away with not flying Continental than I will not fly with them again.
