No luggage fees, for starters. Very pleasant, accommodating staff.....easy going, relaxed flight attendants with a great sense of humor and cordiality....a SNACK! Prompt, almost always on time. No wonder all my flights with them are always full!

This was our first trip using Jet Blue. I was already pleased that we would not be charged to check a bag since we were going on a 5-day cruise and needed to pack enough things. I enjoyed the roomy seats and the on board television, but I was especially impressed with the drink/snack service process. The big metal carts blocking the aisles on other airlines has become extremely annoying, especially if you get stuck when heading to or from the lavatory. The attendant takes your drink order and then returns with a tray of the drink and cups of ice. Another attendant comes around afterwards with a basket of snack choices. It was easier and much less time consuming than the cart method.

I had to call Jet Blue a couple of times after making reservations in order to make a change and then to later confirm some information. The customer service employees were very friendly and helpful.

If I can, I will avoid the old traditional airlines that now charge for checked baggage. I rate Jet Blue much higher than a couple of their old competitors that I used just 2 months ago.

No charge for bags; peanuts and a drink; friendly, laid back flight staff; an upbeat approach to the process; NO attitude!.....and ON TIME! Only problem is that more people are finding out how good Southwest is, and now flights are PACKED! Thank goodness they fly to the cities I frequent...
