    The flight to Detroit went smoothly, but it was a commuter plane and not very comfortable for a 2 hour flight. I couldn't check in to my return flight online because Delta's website was down, but this was probably due to extra activity because lots of flights were canceled due to the weather. We had free internet access on the return flight, which I really appreciated.

    the seats were too close together. Not enough leg room or overhead. Had to wait half an hour ON the plane before even taxing to the runway. Stop making your flights like a tuna can & more comfortable. It's bad enough we have to pay for our luggage we shouldn't have to sit squished for any duration in the air!
