Good flight, however was we were disappointed that American Airlines changed the flight from a direct flight to one with a stop each way - Dulles on the way out and Kennedy NYC on the way back. Good value overall.

Round trip- each leg of the flight is only an hour and a half. So naturally, Delta uses tiny little planes. There was a fair amount of turbulence and the Delta pilots did a great job of not making the plane feel like a roller coaster. I am a terrible flyer on small planes, and I walked away unscathed! :-D They didn't even lose our luggage! Fantastic

Regional bus to Boston. Perfunctory. Non stop though.Should warn passengers of limited space for personal items in advance . Route has a few options re: time but return flight was an hour late and plane was groddy.

Flights went good, except for weather delays were unnerving, but understand they were unavoidable. All in all it was OK

American was okay. Their check-in process moved in an efficient manner but their charges for baggage are not good. JetBlue is outpacing them.

On time departure both at RDU and Washington DC, as well as Boston and Washington DC on the way back. Service was OK, on-time is more important to me on the short flights. Luggage arrived quickly in Boston and RDU.
