    After being nickel and dimed on other airlines (paying for every bag etc.), it was good to check in and get my seat, lean back and enjoy the flight.

    Ticket Agent in Raleigh was extraordinarily rude. An elderly gentleman came up to her check in stand to see if he could ask a question and she told him "No, you may not. Don't you see I'm helping this couple. You'll have to go the end of the line." Well, the line was 50 people deep. I told her that was outrageous of her and he could take my place on line (I was next) simply to ask her if he was in the right place. She told me all the gentleman had to do was to go to the information desk. To which I responded "Well, if you had told him that I am sure he would have gone!" She was just plain nasty.
