The line at security was short and moving fast. The self check-in saves time. The over head bin was large enough for my bag. The plane was on time. What more do you need? Bigger seats would be nice, but on such a short that is not a big deal.

This is my 3rd late flight on Delta. Always something, mechanical or scheduling. 5 recent flights on Delta, 4 of them with issues causing missed connections. Always polite, never on time.

The flight was quite booked but normal. Flight attendant giving directions over the P/A was tried to be funny with jokes. Overall, nothing spectacular. The flight was on time when we landed in Atlanta.

We were catching another flight from Atlanta to Oakland, CA, so we had 2 carry on bags. The flight attendnt took both of these bags from us and tagged them straight through to Oakland because overheads were full. This made us quite nervous since the purpose of taking the carry on was to make sure we had necessities should our other baggage get lost. Luckily all worked out and all our luggage arrived in Oakland. I just wish they would enforce the one carry on rule so everyone could actually have a carry on.

Leave extra time because both these flights were late taking off. We were late arriving as a result.

Also, make sure you have enough time to get through Atlanta security. I didn't leave enough time and we had to run to the gate. We arrived with a minute to spare, but then had to sit in the plane for about half an hour waiting to take off.
