ON THE 1ST LEG OF MY TRIP A PASSENGER EXPERIENCED A MEDICAL EMERGENCY ON BOARD AND THE CREW ACTED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CONCERNED MANNER.
THE FLIGHTS WERE ON TIME FOR DEPARTURE AND IN 2 INSTANCES WE ARRIVED 30 MINUTES AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.
I LOVE SOUTHWEST AND ALWAYS TRAVEL WITH THEM IF POSSILE. I LOVE THEIR LOW RATES.

I've flown alot but never on United for some reason? I've experienced almost 99% of the time the flight attendants are extremely rude, and look like they hate thier job! I don't know if I was just lucky this time, or if it is because United Airlines (which I had never flown before) has nice flight attendants. My rating is a woof becuase I was delayed a few hours on my connecting flight, becuase the flight coming in, was not there yet. Also I was in the back of the plane and by the time the food came to purchase they were pretty much out of everything. But the flight attendants were so nice, that made up for it, and I never see nice flight attendants on my flights.
