In addition to on-time performance, cabin service
was excellent and fun. Safety announcements were
clear and understandable --- a relatively rare
quality now. Flight attendants seemed to appreciate
their "customers" and also to enjoy their work.

The check-in service was quick, painless, and friendly. The flight departure was a little late, but the arrival was early. All our luggage (4 pieces including 2 golf bags) arrived with us. All in all a great experience.

Excellent from beginning to end. Enjoy the friendly humor, flight crew very accommodating. The trips were smooth, even avoiding bad weather. Trip home was amazingly fast and easy.

Everything about our flight was great! We left on time and landed on time. The flight attendents were very personable and friendly. Our flight to FLA. was smooth in everyway but the flight home was just the opposite, not because of anything Southwest could control. The weather was horrible and the turbulence was bad. Right in the middle of the worst part of our flight one of the attendents started to sing . Shes a beautiful singer and made everyone sort of forget about being frightened. We all clapped at the end and when we landed ,I'm sure I wasn't the only one thanking the attendents! I can't say enough about them.

Traveling immediately after my last radiation and chemo treatments, Southwest flight crews assisted me with pre-boarding and making sure that I was seated in the front row to reduce exposure to germs that might have been harmful to me, given my weakened Immunological condition. They willingly brought me water as needed and were most accommodating throughout the flights to and from my destination. Thanks, Southwest.
