    We flew into ORD on Alaska. Because of weather, we were late getting in. We hurried to our connection on American and they had just closed the door for boarding so we ended up at ORD for 6 hours.

    Worst trip I ever had. My flight was delayed two hours due to mechanical problems(?) so I missed my connection in Dallas FT Worth & rescheduled for the next morning. Unable to use breakfast/dinner vouchers/stayed at yucky Ramada Inn. Next AM,when they seated me next to a very large disabled lady she accused me or someone behind me of grabbing her leg as she continually managed to overtake part of my seat. I was supposed to be at work and thought I could at least work a half day, but upon ready for take off, the captain announced that the radio was down and we had to wait another 30-45 minutes for take off. UGH! No food and a whole day of my vacation time was wasted.

    Get your internet pre-boarding pass at the exact minute, 24 hours before boarding in order to get in the A (first to board) category for easy access to overhead bins and more seat selection. If you wait 30 minutes to request a boarding pass, you will probably be the last to board.

    Friendly and lively SW crew. No problems, smooth flight, even right before Thanksgiving. Seemed to go quickly, even though it was coast to coast.
