    I am handicapped. When I told the staff after first coming for the flight home, I told them I thoiught I had a seat right after the bulkhead. Acxtually, I was wrong. However, after I mentioned that to her, she went ahead--she could tell I was not doing well--and asked the staff at the door to put me in first class if possible.

    It happened. I was honored, surprised and very happy. It was a special pleasure. All staff were excellent and my ride down to get my luggage topped it off.

    The flight was delayed because of high winds but, otherwise, it was a nice flight. Everything went very well and without any problems.

    On time and very pleasant experience would use Southwest again. I also like the fact that Southwest does not charge for bags.

    Southwest's service is excellent. They are very courteous, welcoming and helpful at whatever point I made connection: ticket counter, gate, in flight(attendants, pilots) etc.

    The people were friendly and the flight was on time. They also got me better seats! I would fly Alaska again.
