Super friendly employees from check in to the end of our flight. Seats were more comfortable and there was more legroom. Having a choice of 20-30 TV channels, tons of movies or XM Radio on your own tv screen on the back of the seat in front of you made the flight so much more enjoyable. No charge for the 1st bag and all the snacks you could eat just doubled the enjoyment!

Being stuck in the middle seat usually has me in a foul mood from the moment I sit down but between the service and the size of the seat I was fine and could sit back and relax!

Great no frills airline with all the snacks you could want and they have about 15 different varieties!!! The Directv in flight screen for every passenger was a godsend for us having a 5 yr old and a 7 yr old. The employees wore a great smile and were very friendly!!!!! No paying for your baggage as well!!!!!!!!!!!11

The only problem with flying into Long Beach is you have to board/deboard the plane using a ramp/staircase that's outside. Otherwise, the flight, crew, trip was a breeze.
