My last round trip to Lauderdale was GREAT! All segments had nice flight attendants, On my last leg the wine kept coming, the food was great and I had not one complaint even my seat mate was fun.

Plane held on runway to fix a minor problem, seat for crew). Should have been done before passengers boarded. Crazy review system here.

It was a redeye on the way there and we only got the frequent flier miles from our preferred carrier one way, but it's also the only $200 cross country flight that I've ever been able to get.
The planes are getting tighter space wise. If you not average sized or smaller, you won't be able to move!

Getting on this flight in PDX, the flight attendant informed serveral passengers that there wasn't overhead room and took the bags to check, not giving anyone a receipt for the checked bag. When we landed in Newark, and thought we would receive our bags at the tarmac, we were informed that we needed to pick up our bags at the baggage claim. Since most of us were going to connecting flights, this was impossible. When asked for the receipt so the airline could track our bags, we didn't have one because they had not given us one. Come to find out that the original flight attendant had given the receipts to the on-board flight attendant with our seat numbers on them but she had neglected to give them to us. Very bad customer service for that attendant and for the tarmac manager who appeared to have no idea what was going on and had already sent several customers running for the baggage claim in order to grab their bags and get to their next flights. I travel frequently and this is the worst experience that I have ever had with baggage and it all could have been avoided if one person had done their job.
