Line for check in longer than I have ever experienced. Flight staff very friendly and efficient. Flight calm and uneventful love cookies. Scenery - spectacular (know you have little control over that but just thought I'd mention it.

The flight there was good and the flight back was delayed by engine problems but they managed to get us close to one time. The flight attendants o the way were good and the ones on the way back seemed to have a lag in communication and were tired.

First time on Frontier, and was very happy with the service. The agent at check-in could have been a bit more helpful, and our return flight took off late, but everything else was excellent. A fresh chocolate chip cookie on the way home was a delightful little surprise!

Southwest does an amazing job. You get what you pay for and more.We were a few minutes late taking off because they were waiting for a connecting flight. We were still pretty close to on time getting in. I know that if I had been on the connecting flight I would have appreciated it even more.

This was an average experience all the way around. Had no trouble checking in, and getting myself, my two girls, and all of our carry on onto the plane. BUT I was sad to see there were no in flight movies or t.v.'s available. Having to entertain a 12 and 4 year old for 3 hours can be very challenging and stressful, and I am sad to say Sky Miles Mag, and all the books in the world can't keep them at bay. I was also disappointed to see they would not accept cash. Nowadays you never can tell which airlines accept what, but I would think that cash would be acceptable anywhere. Will most likely not fly with American again unless their flights were the absolute lowest I could get.

Sure wish they were at EVERY airport we need! You can pretty much always count on friendly service and a fair price. You don't get the feeling they are trying to "nickle & dime" you for everything possible, like some other airlines do these days.

Flight left 1 and a half hours late, because they said there was snow in Denver. When we got there, there was about 3 inches on the ground. The worse part of the flight was when the person in front of me leaned his seat back so I leaned mine back to have more room from his seat, When I leaned my seat back the man behind me start hollering and start pushing my seat forward. We had some words that I paid for this seat and have a right to lean it back, but he kept pushing it forward. I don't blame frontier for selfish customer, but because these seats are so close together it does cause problems
