    I didn't have a carry-on so booking online with Airfarewatchdog's website alerts off n on for 6 yrs. Going to Priceline and booking my flight thru Frontier Airlines.Printing my On-line Boarding Pass check-in put me right thru to TSA and to my gate faster than i have ever done. The flight was great. the check-in gates were efficiant at boarding. I had up to 3 cups of coffee and a fresh cookie each way. thank you again for the relaxing time. Nailmom..

    Even though this required a 4 a.m. wakeup to catch a 6:20 flight, it was worth it. We left the gate earlybcause everyone was on and did the same thing in our stop at San Jose, thus arriving in Austin 20 minutes early...........a terrific way to start the day. The crew was efficient and professional.

    On the flight back, the crew members were all nice but after we had all settled told back of plane people arriving to sit in the front seats that were open - lots of juggling - not as pleasant a flight.

    The flight attendants from Austin to Portland were the most accomodating, calm and professional I have ever seen in any flight anywhere. I purchased a new brand name suitcase two days before the flight and the zipper pull and attachment to hold zipper pull was ripped off the bag. Two top layers of clothing in suitcase were soaked which put quite a damper on my arrival at destination when I opened my bag. Overall, SWA staff were great and deserve Kudos but I will be trying to contact them further on the baggage matter.

    Recently flew round trip on Southwest. Though it was a totally full plane, attendants were courteous and upbeat and attentive. We were informed of all needed information. We left on time and arrived on time. The transfer at Phoenix was painless with the second flight going out of a gate just two away from the one I arrived at.
