Air Tran surprises you when they advertise cheap tickets and then charge extra for your seats. You assume that the price includes the seats... but not so. Very disappointing. Will not be flying Air Tran again because of this.

The crew on our return flight was the best crew I have ever flown with, and I fly a lot! The catered to my daughter and went out of their way to find a snack she would like. Both the flights to and from Orlando were on or ahead of time arriving and everything went better than expected.

Portland was no lines -no waiting
The plane was comfortable- only 2 seats across makes a big difference.

the flights were all on time, we were very comfortable and the gates ran smooth,the flight attendents on every flight were great

Iwas treated like they did not believe I was disabled. After a flight to Orlando that was great and would rate a 4, also nonstop. The return was a disaster. I was loaded on a aile chair and wheeled back thru asiles that were not made for it. I had a foot that was reconstructed Jan 8 and was on Crutches. I had fallen while in orlando and hurt my right Shoulder. It was almost an hour before my pain susided, but no one seemed interested,unloading was another Ordeal. the second fligt was as bad, but I will never get in an alile chair again and no one was interested in what I suggested they had to follow their regulations. My pain was not their prolbem. We are not treated as costmers but as some one to order around!!!!

This flight from Portland to Charlotte went very much on time and smoothly. The connecting flight Charlotte to Orlando was delayed 1.5 hours due to mechancial problems. The first officer was very polite when announcing the problems and gave us estimates of time things would be fixed. I felt very secure and well informed. I wouldn't wanted to take off if there were any hint of mechanical problems.
