    southwest fights have always gotten me where I was going earlier than scheduled. no charge for luggage and flight attendants friendly and fun.

    I wish the airline would enforce their rule of one bag overhead and one under the seat. While I had my full briefcase under the seat and a relatively small suitcase overhead, others got away with a big suitcase and their briefcase overhead.

    Flight attendant from Philadelphia to Phoenix seemed to pick "favorite" passengers. She gladly helped certain passengers switch seats and engaged in pleasant conversation. The rest of us seemed to be extra baggage that were simply tolerated. When I expressed concern about time differences and fear of not making my connection, I was abruptly told I could make it and she moved on. No pleasant conversation or assurances. I travel frequently and am not a needy passenger, I simply appreciate a sincere smile. I was happy to have a 2nd connection just to get away from this attendant.
