    I really like the baggage plan that Southwest uses.

    Only problem was carryon luggage issue - had to check it at the plane entrance and waited a long time to have them find each piece for every passenger....perhaps checking it to baggage claim would be easier? Still a good experience.

    The airport personnel were fine, but I have to say the airplane staff were great! Pleasant personalities and quick to offer people any assistance they needed.

    The best thing about this trip was that it was an inexpensive direct flight. No multiple out of the way "stops" to get to my destination.

    The USAirways personnel were very friendly and efficient.
