Southwest is still the most economical airline around. They still have free luggage (2), which is a plus when you're traveling with 4 people who all want to take 2 suitcases. Customer service is great.

It was a very uncomfortable flight all around. I always use Airtran and plan to go back to Airtran. The flight attendants were very pleasant but if you are uncomfortable in very small seats you can't get comfortable. They overbooked all the flights so had to ask people to move to other flights, yes the accommodated them for it but if they wouldn't have overbooked in the first place that wouldn't have to happen. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap feeling all around. Never again will I use Delta

Southwest is the only airline that I fly nowadays because of their ontime performance and not charging for checking a bag. Their personnel at the gate and on the plane are great and treat the passengers with respect.

They make you feel like family. Enjoyed the humor of attendants. The only drawback is that there are no seat assignments. You have your boarding order and pick your seats upon entering plane. They should have families board first. We all had to sit separately, even the kids. But, the flight was pleasant, cost effective, and no charge for luggage.

As we were approaching a landing from Pittsburgh to Orlando at the last minute we were told that we were diverting to Tampa due to shir winds. Arrived at Tampa needed to divert to Panama Cit. Weather was a major factor in Central Fl. arrived to refuel in Panama City and wewre able to take off in an hour. The pilot kept us abreast of the situation and the flight crew were marvelous in their efficiency and attitude. Thank God we arrived safely even though it took us 4 extra hours. Just knowing what was goin on made eveyone feel safe.

A typical economy flight with seats not wide enough and leg room too tight. But when you can't afford business/first class seating you know what to expect.

Service, baggage handling especially the efficiency and "no charge" for the baggage and assistance received in planing and deplaning. The friendliness and courtesy of the entire staff on the ground and on the plane was definitely customer oriented.

This is the first time that we have flown AirTran. The planes were clean and the service was excellent. Pilot did a wonderfu job of flying and the price of the flight was reasonable. Flights were on time and the loading process was easy. We will use AirTran again.

Southwest is one of the few airlines that flies non-stop Pittsburgh to Orlando at affordable fees. The flight attendants are pleasant & funny which helps nervous travelers. I just want to fly to see my small grandsons as safely, quickly and cheaply as possible. Many of the flights I check daily on your website (currently trying to find 4 tickets from Orlando to Pittsburgh for August) are multi-stop, weekdays only, and higher priced than specials on individual airline websites. But I keep looking and hoping! Thank you.

Southwest is my favorite airline - not only can I check TWO bags, (I seldom do, but have had to twice in the past year), but the flights are typically on time, both departing and arriving, and the planes are clean. Most importantly though, is that the personnel are so knowledgeable and nice, they cheerfully provide information when needed, and make the flights comfortable and pleasant. I always check out Southwest flights first when booking a trip, and almost always fly Southwest, even if the flight is a little more money.
