Flying with United good experience overall. Great to LA; however from Washington Dulles to Pgh. air not working, very hot and sat on runway for longer than expected. Also, plane very small and felt very cramped.

the flight went well. there was a mechanical problem before we took off, we feel the flight attendants could have done a little more, but, everything was handled well
