The flight was very quick and comfortable. The flight crew was friendly and made all of the passengers feel good about the flight.

I went to check in at the airport, only to wait for over 15 minutes for them to realize that the computers were down as I tried to check in on my own, and the attendants at the counter could not as well. When I was finally able to check in, they had to do it, as it was now 30 minutes before departure time, but couldn't as it was too late. I had to pay $50 to get on the next flight as I was going to miss my flight, which I did. This was NOT my fault and if I would have been able to check in on my own, it would have have been fine.

There were no outstandingly good or bad experiences with this flight, the crew, the plane, etc. We were impressed with how fast our bags were on a carousel both coming and going!
