Flight was broken up nicely stopping in Memphis. Everything was on time-until we reached the end of the runway and stopped. They announced an hour delay, so we had to sit in the plane and wait. There were nasty storms and tornadoes, so it was probably better. We were in a tiny plane, so it was a little uncomfortable, but, fortunately, it went quickly after that.

When I purchased the tickets it told me that seat selection was not an option. My husband and I had to sit 5 rows apart and no one would switch seats with either one of us because we had middle seats. We were on our 31st anniversary and it was a 5 1/2 hour flight.

We had a 30 min. scheduled stop in Pittsburgh, but were delayed another 50 due to airport, not Southwest. When we arrived in Philadelphia there was a disabled plane at our gate so we had to sit and wait for a gate, but again, not really the fault of our flight staff.

the plane had phone problems between the cop pit and the cabin,so we sat on the runway for over an hour.when we got to phily there was no wheel chair available, even though i had a paper that said it was ordered.none ever came.i got on a cart,he then dropped me at a rocking chair in the middle of nowhere,a gal from AA LINES CAME BY .she had an empty wheel chair and dropped me at baggage, and left. on the way home i was sopposed to have a chair.they made me walk inside dragging my luggage, check in,then walk to the wheel chair stand.NO HELP.the wheel chair people stood there an watched me do it.they were rude, and non caring.

For $400+ they can afford to give me a little bag of pretzels or something. At least soda and coffee are still "free." $3 for snacks (oreos, pringles, licorice...), $6 for snack box, $7 for liquor, $25 for baggage, $15 to get a better seat (they save some seats in the front and you can upgrade). No movies or music anymore. The plus: much more comfortable seats than Southwest on cross country flight. Attendants were nice, Southwest more pleasant and attentive though.
