Love the price and hassle free way SWA lets you fly. Service on-board is excellent----along with an on time flight, what could be better. Especially like the no fee baggage policy of SWA, better than all the old legend airlines.

seats were ok, window and center. Lots of liquids offered; served a nice sandwich on each leg of flight

Flights were on time. They also had a movie showing.

    Definitely use them again.

Southwest has consistently been exceptional from online and phone communication; baggage; checkin; service before and on the flight. There isn't anything they don't do the best.

We used to take other airlines but Southwest is in a class of its own. They don't penalized travelers for having bags and changing reservations. Those two areas make a huge difference to the average flyer.

Paying $10 for early check in is fantastic. No problem getting the seating one wants.

There was ample leg room and the individual tv screens were awesome. Muffins were delicious. I would fly Continental again.

    Quick synopsis:

    1. Allowed us to check our Pack 'n' Play and 2 carseats through for free.

    2. Delayed for an hour before takeoff in Houston but flight attendants gave us snack boxes that usually cost $5 each.

    3. More leg room than we expected. Think we were on an older airplane that hadn't been remodeled, aka shrunk by more seats, yet.

    4. All 5 of us were seated together on each of 4 legs of the round trip.

    5. Overall, a very good experience!
