    Everything was good about the flight. Check in was easy and flight was comfortable. My brother needed wheelchair service and that was very good. Since we were the last one the flight, they had to check our bags through due to the flight being full. This was done free of charge and was no problem. The only thing we did not like was the patdown in Phx, which was our choice over the xray machine.

    Phx to MKE was a great way to get to Chicago. The airplane was comfortable, seats were wider than most other airlines and we had fresh baked cookies!

    The plane was very dirty. Floors had waste paper and smashed pretzel laying around in the isle. Hostess was not friendly at all. She never smiled until we departed the plane at which time I told her she has a very pretty smile and should use it more often. After the airline changed my flight I was seated in the very last row. I made my reservations 4 months in advance and was not happy to have my original seat changed to next to the smelly bathroom.

    I will choose another airline next time I fly.

    Have flown both airlines many times. Primarily Midwest prior to merger with Frontier. Both have newer airplanes with good seating comfort. On-time arrivals and departures. Ticket prices are reasonable. They have non-stops to my most traveled destination. These are the factors determining my flying decisions.

    The first row in coach is supposed to be reserved for people with physical disabilities (or young children) yet they assign these seats to anyone at check-in. You aren't allowed to reserve them ahead of time so I try to get to the airport early but they are ALWAYS given away and it's always to able-bodied people! It is imperative for me to have the front row, unfortunately. They need to let us reserve ahead of time or wait til the end to assign these seats. I could continue about how I have to jump through hoops to secure a front seat but I will leave it at this. And, US Airways is not alone in this practice. Frontier is the same.

    going as I indciated was great. Coming back was a mess. There isn't enough space provided to explain. I have taken the time to write the CEO of Frontier. Hopefully this type of situation can be corrected. Until it is I will not fly Frontier again.

    Was very impressed with Southwest. First time

    I've flown on this airline. Left on time and arrived on time. No hassles and loved the free baggage. Will definitely choose them again.

    I found this flight for $158 so I booked it. The downside was a 4 hour layover, but for that price I was willing to wait.

    Like sitting on a piece of wood! Very uncomfortable especially when I had a very large man squished in between myself and another person and he wasn't happy when I asked him to put down the arm rest between us.

    Basically consistent. Fake smiles from flight attendants and irritable gate employees. Crew in MKE was much nicer than we typically get in PHX.
