My husband had a ticket from las to phx on a later flight because of a mess up from the reservation and was told there was no room on my flight and he had to wait for the later flight, only to find out there was an open seat next to me and was never filled. Gate attendant had said flat out NO! Employees should represent their company in a humane way, and if they do not like their job, QUIT!

Southwest always gives me more than I expected. For what I paid, I would expect indifferent service and crappy planes. But, everyone is very nice and efficient, and the planes are clean and the seats are comfortable. Good job!

My flying time was 45 min. There were no issues with the flights. However, a visibly intoxicated person sat next to me on my return flight. I was surprised he got past security and then onto the plane. He ordered a drink after take-off and was served. Luckily he passed out right away, but I had to keep watching to make sure he didn't spill the drink he was holding.

Most of the time SWA is very good at getting you where you want very cheaply without lossing the quality services. My wife and I was so happy we sung all the way there.

This was probably one of the worst flight experiences I have ever had. The Pilots and Flight Crew showed up over an hour and a half LATE to the airport. The Gate atendents were so overwhelmed with questions about the delay that they began to badmouth the flight crew telling all of us that the crew was out of Phoenix and there was no reason for them to be late, or that they wouldn't answer any of the calls to their cell phones. When the pilot finally showed up he told us that US Air hadn't bothered to let him know that the flight time had been changed (yet somehow all the passengers had been informed and were on time WAITING)To make matters worse the pilot then discovered a mechanical problem which they worked on for 3+ hrs until they finally canceling the flight. During this whole debacle 3 other Flights to Vegas had taken off which we could have been placed on, but instead they held us in the airport for almost 5 hrs before stranding us there.
