the flight crew was fairly accommodating for such a long flight, not overly friendly but nice. I think it rather ridiculous that I should have to pay when i bring my own ear phones, and I am not sure why it was kept so incredibly cold on the flight. Even with a sweater and blanket several of us were freezing. Made for a very uncomfortable flight

After forcing me to use computer online check in and baggage check to save costs, I first checked in. Then I tried to check my bag and the program refused to recognize my many attempts, forcing me to check my bag at the airport, thus costing me more money. When I tried several times to obtain recompense, I was told by everyone I spoke with that no one could help me and that I had to email the company or that they had no computer access. One agent went so far as to say it was my fault because I made a mistake or that my computer must not have been working. Considering how poorly their check-in computer program is designed, I imagine many people have this trouble and that the ailines is cheating people out of more of their money. Moreover, my trust in US Airways has been destroyed. Throughout the flight, I found staff to be insensitive, bossy, cold and bordering on rude. I will never fly with US Airways again.

We flew direct from Phoenix to Honolulu on US Air and we had a great flight. Not only was it a non-stop flight but they showed 2 movies on the way there. Good in-flight service!

Check-in good, flight good, good in-air service, everything on time. The free meal was mediocre, of course, but the pay meal didn't look great either and they wanted $15 for it. Think they wanted $8 or $9 for a beer so I passed. Every seat had a pillow and blanket on it so that was good. Showed different movies coming and going (think the headsets were $5). All-in-all a decent flight with no stops. BUT: it's been awhile since I've flown and, so, hadn't paid for checked baggage yet. Hawaiian charged $25 per bag each way. So $100 for my wife and I for the trip. Thus my neutral rating for the flight.

Had a great experience from checking in all the way to picking up my baggage. Free meals made it extra nice and the beverage cart was frequent too. Nothing memorable but that's what I want when I fly. Great service and great flying. I got a pretty good price too because of the month at a glance pricing.
