Service and flight were excellent. Flight attendants were attentive and courtious. Check in was very good if you have your boarding pass in advance. I would definitely fly again!!

Boarded plane in Dallas for connecting flight knowing that it would be impossible for our bags to get on the plane but was assured that they would.
After the preflight safety talk attendant asked if anyone had a question. I raised my hand and asked if they were going to hold the flight so my luggage would be on it.
Of course it wasnt. They cannot transfer bags between terminals in Dallas in 50 minutes.
