Seating is too Cramped, even for small people. When advised that the magazine pocket was broken, the Stewardess replied, "What do you expect me to do? I am not an engineer."

I think airlines should provide either free in-flight entertainment or free WiFi for flights over 2 1/2 hours. On flight out of PHX, the plane had a strong urine smell for the first 1/2hr of flight.

Flight was on time from DTW to PHX. The inside of the plane smelled bad from PHX to DTW. They need to clean the seats or carpet better.

The outbound flight left 2 hours and 20 minutes late, the return flight left Detroit almost 4 hours late. I will never fly Delta again.

To Detroit: OK, in spite of crying babies. Back to PHX: very good experience. I thought Delta provided very good check in service. The flight crews were professional. I would recommend Delta; had not used them for years.

The flights on Delta from Phx to DTW are well timed thoughout the day and night, many are non stop, just flew this week with no issues and will soon be booking another flight for October. Seems that transition from Northwest to Delta was smooth.

Flight 234 on Sunday, July 30, was a nightmare! Mother with 2 young children totally out of control was in charge of our section of the plane. Both screamed almost continuously throughout the entire flight. Mom just sat there mildly admonishing them -- did absolutely no good. The boy kicked the tray table up and down without let up and the 3 steward crew did NOTHING to mitigate the situation. Mom had no toys or books to distract her children. The woman in the seat in front of them had her head down on her tray table with her ears covered. It was outrageous. All 3 stewards came to our aisle when the plane was preparing to land and insisted that the tray table remain up and the boy put on his seat belt. Mom said the boy refused and for her, that was that. The steward staff made the woman put her son on her lap and then moved on. When the plane landed the tray was down and the boy was wriggling between Mom's lap and the adjacent seat. For 3 1/2 hours it was the worst flight I've ever experienced. Based on the looks and comments, I suspect all the passengers in our area felt exactly the same. Too bad parents shrug off the responsibility for raising their children and shame on US Air for not establishing a policy to benefit their hapless passengers in situations like this.

First I have to say I love Airfare Watchdog, and have used it often! Delta's flight without stops is most convenient for my grand-baby visits from Phoenix to Detroit. I've taken four trips in the past year, and they have all been on time. Since Delta charges for bags, I drag my own luggage around, and it seems the overhead bins on some flights are quite small along with the aisles and seats. I do realize this is pretty much a universal airline problem however, and not only a Delta lack of space. No extras, like movies, perhaps because of the short flight (4 hours), but the convenience of flight times, number of flights, and no stops makes this my choice.
