Both outbound and inbound flights left and arrived on schedule. Boarding process very efficient. Almost no wait for baggage. All in all a good travel experience.

my flight was at 6am so I got there 2 hours ahead and had to wait until 4:30 for them to open check in. Otherwise, even with the pat down, it was a great flight, as usual, with southwest.

Southwest gives great service. Evenwhen delayed, customers are informed early and often about what to expect. Even as a C status check-in, I got a good seat and could find a nearby location for my luggage. They really do the job best of any domestic airline, IMHO.

I know you get to bring your bags for free but the delayed flight is not worth it! then when you arrive home 2 hours late the flight attendant sings a lame song! The crazy seating....passengers in eraly boarding groups saving seats for their frineds in the last group. And people aren't nice, can you slide over a seat????

Paying an extra $10 for a better place in line is not worth it. Still ended up with places A35 & A36. To many real and faking incapacitaed passengers and business passengers to get anywhere near the front of the line. Seats are just to narrow for any semblance of comfort if your not 5'-0" and 98 Lbs.

Playing changing the boarding gate gets old after the third time.
