    The outbound trip was so noisey that I could not sleep. Not at all impressed with the A320 flown from Phx to Detroit.

    The return trip was on an A320 Air France quiet, comfortable and a pleasant to fly in.

    The first complaint I have ever had with Delta and they are our principal airline because of service and flight schedules and Price.

    Thanks DELTA you are also a great service to our Military and have flown our Grandson with honor and care.

    ON a Tues, my flight got delayed due to weather, then ultimately cancelled at the layover location so they would not even let us board the 1st leg of the flight. AirTran would not hold the Atlanta connection flight 40 minutes to wait for us coming in from Akron. US being 50 people needing to make that connection out of 136 seats on the plane. Then, since AT only has 2 flights a day to PHX, I could not get on a flight until Thursday. And I was a lucky one - several people had to wait til Friday to get out. They did upgrade me to 1st class for the return trip though.
