Left Philly cold arrived in West Palm to warm and sunny skys. Enjoyed the flight. Crew was average. Can't wait to fly again!

One one flight the stewardess was surly and rude. There were unacceptable delays on flights.
Usually fly Southwest and always have an enjoyable experience. This was the worst!

Southwest is the Airline. No one else comes close. From check-in, no luggage fees, good attitude, no seat assignment, free drinks and snacks, Stewards who are kind, pilots who go out of there way to speak to their captive audience while onboard. I can't think of anything they don't do right. They also try to arrive early every time. My hat is off to them!
