Left on time arrived early. Flight crew helpful and happy! Plane was full both ways and was still and enjoyable flight with the whole family!

I had only a few weeks until a trip to Orlando and I found the most flexible airline was US Airways. I found a round trip flight to Orlando, FL for just over $200 and we flew a comfortable Aribus A320 down, with nice flight attendant service and a funny pilot and co-pilot.
Coming home, we were the second leg of a flight and we flew the AWESOME boring 767, this plane is lrge and comfortable. Again, service was fantastic and our captain kept us updated on flying into bad weather coming home to Philadelphia.

Things were fine, all the planes were on time and even a bit early, but flying with 2 stops makes for a very long day!

Flight 1/2 hr late leaving but smooth flight. Crew was entertaining, food service was prompt and pilot was informative. I love flying Southwest. Fares are competitive, bags are free and I feel like I matter to them as a customer.

We had a good flight, even arrived a little early. First time flying AirTran. The flight attendants were pleasant. Overall a great experience considering it was one of the busiest travel days of the year.

We got there 30 minutes early and return flight was delayed 1 hour, but all in all great experience. They also checked in bags at gate for those who changed their mind and decided to check in....for FREE!

The overall flight experience was average, but when it comes to the seat assignments, it was the worst. It seems that US Airways doesn't really assign seats. It is a free for all once you get on the plane. I've never seen anything like this. US Airways does offer good prices but be prepared for the boarding and seating process mess. If you are travelling as a family, forget about sitting together.

Went to StarWars Weekend with my 10yo and 5yo boys. got them on board before everyone else, no one said I couldn't. I need the extra time. I ordered a well deserved rum and coke and the f.a. gave me an extra rum, n/c. which was extremely nice of him. everyone was friendly. aircraft seeemd newish, nice non-cloth seats. in flight wifi kept my 10yo busy since i screwed up his ipod and somehow deleted the movie he was gonna watch on the plane. $7.95 might be a little pricey but he was occupied. all in all a pleasant time.

I had never flown Air Tran before, and would not chose to again. They do not assign seats until you check in, and then you can try to change or change at the gate. but on full, busy flights like those to Florida, sometimes this isn't possible. The economy seats were very small. I am only 5'1" tall, and found them restrictive and uncomfortable despite the fact that I did manage to get an aisle seat both ways. And no movie! Duh! Going to Disney, maybe a movie would amuse those screaming kids!!!

Southwest continues to accomplish what the others can't...Comfortable easy flying with low fares. Now if they can just get the customers to stop packing so many bags with them it may ease the congestion at the bag check, that is the only downfall with 2 free bags.
Philadelphia Airport is still a hassle to deal with and is very expensive to park and has higher airfares compared to surrounding locations.

Air Tran plane extremely cramped. Service very good, in airport and in flight. Both flights on time and experience was good except for the cramped seat space.

We didn't "Feel" like we were treated as 1st Class paying customers. We were not boarded early enough to be served beverages before we left, The attendant was NOT friendly, never smiled and as an "Air Waitress" Flunked! She didn't even close the curtain between the cabin sections.
We flew in the same time zone from noon to 2:30 and got nothing to eat but unhealthy junk like packaged cookies & chips.
I hate USAir and Only use them when I have to.

I took the whole family 10 of us to Disney World and we were all seated as a group together with no prior arrangements. I think the airline is great and very friendly staff.
