    The pilot was funny, flight was quick and ahead of time but seat was across from the bathroom. We could have passed notes under the door if we wanted. Otherwise the flight was fine.

    i have flown to nashville many times but never on southwest airlines. i would fly southwest from now on the check in was easy and the people were pleasant and helpful. pilots were also pleasant and staff were very helpful and informative, we had a delay on the return flight but instead of putting the passengers on the plane to wait they let us stay in the waiting area which was very considrate i thought. we were updated often and no one seemed irritated at all. flight down and back were both in earlier than expected. i guess i was really impressed by the staff,not to mention bags fly free, they were so pleasant on both ends.

    No problems other than the usual high level of discomfort from lack of leg room and the extremely long walks between gates. I hate flying, but had no specific complaints about this flight.

    Flight was delayed 2 hours before we boarded, than after boarding we sat for 2 more hours before taking off. So after getting on plane staff was a little short with people asking why we boarded just to sit for 2 hrs. After sitting with them telling us no phone or seat belt off they gave us a drink of water..REALLY WATER
