“us airways has changed for the worse!”

Very disappointed. No movie!!! No snack even?? Just water or soda. Small jet 2 seats on each row for an internat'l flight. and upped the price for checked baggage. No good.

Online check in baggage a mess. Check in at airport even worse even though we were in preferred line. Hate paying for baggage. No music on flight or movie. Pretty much-- nothing but a coke. Been on other airlines to Jamaica and other destinations. This airline worst.

Upon checking in and proceeding to the security gate at 5 in the morning. You have the woman tsa agent yelling and screaming directions at the passengers. At 5 in the morning when all of us are still sleepy? Unprofessional and unacceptable.
Upon boarding the plane and sitting down I was comfortable and cool. Upon the plane preparing to pull away from the gate they switch over to internal power. Now it becomes hot and miserable. It was like the air condition wasn't working on the flight. We flew from Philadelphia to Jamaica that way. I was so glad to get off the plane.
Upon return it was the same thing. As if they can't have the air on during flight. It was very hot on the plane only to return to Philadelphia in cold temperatures.
Basically it was the prelude for me being terribly sick due to the changes in unecessary temperatures.
