4 of us women flew from philly to London. Then 3days later flew to Dublin Ireland. Traveled in Ireland for 11 days and flew back home from Shannon to London to Philly. We had great flights and the service was excellent. We arrived 45mins early into Philly. It was a great ending to a great trip.

Cramped. Uncomfortable, especially overnight. The passenger in front of me put his seat back so far the only way I could get into my seat was to climb over it. So-called "dinner" on the out bound flight was awful, similar to old fashioned TV dinners. A better meal coming back. "Breakfast" consisted of a barely defrosted and overly sweet muffin. Flight attendants were very pleasant. No complaints there, but the hot towels and chocolates, even in coach, are apparently a thing of the past. The smaller BA planes used for my LHR - Amsterdam and return flights had leather seats and were very comfortable.

US Air has vastly improved the quality of their transatlantic planes. The seats in economy are comfortable and more spacious. The redesign of arm rests between seats gains 1 to 2 inches in seat width.
