I was inpressed that the flight actually left on time. I don't like having to pay to watch Direct TV.

Four of us traveled together. Two had special circumstances. My husband required a wheelchair to the door of the plane and my granddaughter was traveling with her dialysis machine. The USAir Philadelphia airport personnel were outstanding in all aspects on the trip to Houston as were the Housotn airport personnel. The quality of service in both airports on the return trip was good but not as outstanding as the initial trip.

Although we have flown other airlines during the past year, we find that we continued to be pleased with the service and performance of Continental. Even though they no longer provide a "free" meal service nor "free" entertainment on their domestic flights, the services are available for purchase for a reasonable price. I prefer to read or sleep while my wife prefers to watch a movie. We are disappointed with their charging for the entertainment and would like to see that provided free of charge....at least for a choice of movies. For Direct TV's myriad of choices, we can understand their charging.
