Just completed roundtrip from Phila. to Honolulu with plane change in Phoenix. Flights were on time and mostly smooth. Flight attendants were courteous. Meals were available for purchase.
On the negative side, headsets were not available to enable passengers to listen to movie that was shown. Only those who had brought their own with them were able to hear. The most negative aspect was the lack of space. Three seats jammed together on each side of the aisle. The aisle so narrow, you could barely pull your carry-on luggage down it. Flight attendants actually bumped you while walking the aisle. Some attendants walked sideways.

We had two Airbus aircraft were pretty comfortable. The inseat entertainment was a big plus, especially for my teenage daughters. Another good thing was the fact that they actually fed us a meal and a snack during our 9 hour flight and it was free! Luggage fees were $23 per bag when checked in online. That made us pack as lightly as we could for our two weeks which is not such a bad thing either. We actually arrived a bit ahead of schedule in Honolulu. The trip out was much better than the trip back which was through Salt Lake City - on Boeings - with only paid snacks. Once again though, we were in a head of schedule.
