We will always travel SW. Flight attendents are not only polite, but also entertaining and funny. They want the passenger to have a good flight and they will do all they can to make that happen. Even when there's an emergency, it's handled with style and professionalism, no big egos. Our flight out of Denver was delayed for several hours due to snow, cold and wind. At any other company's gate, you would have heard complaints and moans, but not for us. We knew 1. they were not lying to us, and 2. they were trying as hard as possible to get us in the air. We always use earlybird checkin. It's worth the extra money. Who wants to sit at a computer terminal 23 hours and 59 minutes waiting to checkin on line?!

Frontier is great, I was very much pleased with Frontier´s services. Cabin attendants and ground crew at Phila and Den. were excellent and very helpful. In flight amenities were great. I will fly this air line again. The worst was US Air,old equipment,I had nothing to do with myself for 3.5 hours food was not fit for a dog and I had to pay for a turkey sandwich on seemingly stale bread,was dry with no condiments offered for 8.00. attendants were so,so but nothing to write home about. Both flights were uneventful and very calm-

We have used Frontier Airlines often and they are almost always on time and sometimes early. Service very professional - chocolate chip cookies are a nice touch!

The flight attendants were cold, uncaring and boarderline rude. They acted as if they were doing us a favor by showing up for work. Customer service is not part of their objective.

We took-off and arrived on-time. Check-in was simple - print your boarding pass at home the night before! Plenty of space for carry-on luggage in the over-head bin (and no charge for a carry-on). No complaints!

Flight was delayed due to weather. Pilot was very forthcoming about the wait and the situation. Rerouted flight was very smooth and worth the wait. Waited too long for luggage, even though we didn't pay for it! Ground crew and in flight crew were courteous and funny and helpful.

Very good trip / vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will do it again. We travelled west to Red Rocks, went to Rockies game, played golf and watched golf. Ideal way to have a vacation.
