The airline delayed the flight three times due to weather and called my cell phone to notify me of the changes. As well, there was an email for each of the changes. Having the cell phone message was the most helpful.
Arriving at 1 AM in the morning required a change in transportation to an airport hotel. For one mile the cost was 15 dollars. The hotel made a complaint on my behalf as the cost should have been only 10.00 dollars at the most.
Going home on US Airways was smooth with it only taking an hour of flight time rather then 90 minutes.
