“No Slovenly Passengers Allowed”

The flight both ways departed and arrived on time.The cabin crew was helpful and very careful to remind the passengers that they, the crew, were the cleaning staff as well as the in flight service personal.Passengers are responsible for cleaning their own seat areas.
That said, the plane was clean but could use additional sound proofing.

Flight was direct and only took 2 hours and 12 minutes! Bellingham is only an hour drive to Vancouver, Canada. Flight was on time.

There was no first class which allowed for more room for everyone else. The seat pocket was located in back of the head position, also giving more knee comfort.
The flight was non-stop. The trip was 2 1/2 hours instead of 6 or 8 hrs. Service was excellent. Being friendly doesn't cost anything.
The plan is all ala-cart. You pay for the extras that you want. They are strict about baggage, but fairness is a plus for this airline.
I wish they went to more cities. They were awesome!
