    Due to a computer problem at the AA check in desk in Ottawa, we were delayed from checking in. No reason was given as to the issue but being a frequent traveller, no use getting upset about the delay, but other people in the lineup were doing a LOT of whining. After they finally checked us through (approx 90 min delay) and we got through security and to the gate, there was still not an aircraft available. Fortunately we did not have a connection this time so it just delayed us getting to our hotel (I always arrive the day before my meetings just in case). The trip back was pretty much on time.

    For the price we paid, everything was fine/average. I don't have high expectations, I just want a cheap flight on time. Things like seat comfort, peanuts, etc don't matter to me.

    But the flight was an hour late leaving... I had to get up at 4 am, to catch a 6 am flight which left at 7:30... I eneded up paying $30 for a cab, because public transportation does not run in my city at that time... But had I known it was going to be late, I would have taken the bus... They didn't announce that it would be late until the last minute.
