    I detest their nickel & diming for EVERYTHING, including the "convenience" fee for booking online on their own website. The fact that you must be in line two hours in advance of the flight is also a pain, considering I live two hours away from the airport. However, they are the only airline that flies direct from the Orlando area to Greensboro, and you can't beat their prices. It's a love/hate relationship.
