Friendly, efficient staff, comfy seats, good choices for entertainment and OMG free snacks! Check in was fast, kiosk is easy to use and baggage claim was prompt and bags arrived in good condition.

Fantastic Journey from taking off to Landing That Pilot was on the Ball.Service on board was fantastic.. We left on time and arrived on time there was a glow on everyone faces throughout the flight;and at landing everyone clapped applauding the Captain of the smoothness in which the Plain glided onto the Runway

Our round trip on Air Tran frm Orlando to White Plains NY was perfect. On both flights, it left on time & arrived on time. We left Florida to fly into NY on 9/11 so there was entra security checkpoint to go through & even with all that happening, we took off on the time. The security employees were efficient & pleasant.
Good experience all around!

TSA employees should not separate elderly passengers from their escorts for security checks. It causes them unnecessary fear and anxiety. I was taken away from my 88 yr old aunt so they could open my carry on (the one they had just scanned and found nothing wrong) My aunt was forced to get on the plane not knowing what was happening to me or if I would be able to get on the plane. Graciously an unknown passenger helped her find her seat. I am a white 56 yr old female that didn't have anything but dirty clothes after spending a week with my grandchildren.
The Aircraft crew were pleasant, curteous and respectfully professional.

From beginning to end on both flights eveything was great. The agents were pleasant as were the flight attendents. We left on time and arrived a little early. Great job.

We love JetBlue. The leather seats are comfortable with lots of leg room; the snacks offer a variety of choices; the TV offers music or multi-programs, & the prices are often the best between these two locations. The flight times are convenient for our schedule, & the staff are always pleasant. One free checked bag helps our travel budget, & their Travel Bank money after delayed flights can be applied to future flights.

The flikgh left approx 5 hrs late due to weather in Buffalo, NY. That was not Jet Blue's fault. Their employees behaved like elementary students without a teacher until the all vanished about 8:30pm. They joked, engaged in horseplay & behaved in very immature ways. The airline provided no information about the flight after 9:15pm. I had to call home to NY to get information. About 19:30pm one Jet Blue employee came out with chips, cookies, water & soda. Excellent idea since terminal food court was closed. Suddenly the vanished employees materialized & "bum rushed" the food stuffing it into their pockets. After yelling "good luck getting flight 598 they again vanished. An incoming Jet Blue stewardess passing through yelled across the airport "Hey, opening your own McDonalds?"
When the plane finally came, the flight crew was excellent & the flight was fine. However, someone needs to look at ground personnel. I completed a Jet Blue on line survey, requested a response & never received the courtesy of a reply.
